Patrick Brown began his career in real estate working for Pathfinder Capital Advisors, formerly RRS & Company, in 2007 and is now a principal in Pathfinder Capital Advisors. He oversees the firm’s operations, including acquisitions, due diligence, and property management across Pathfinder’s portfolio. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Logan Baxter joined Pathfinder Capital Advisors in 2023 as an analyst. He graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Business Data Analytics and holds an Arizona real estate license and is a Realtor. At Pathfinder, Logan helps manage and expand a proprietary database the firm has been building since 2007, supporting research and underwriting. He also assists with project and property management across the firm’s portfolio.
